Mouldline can arrange for STL (Stereo Lithographic Models) to be manufactured so that the design can be seen as a 3D model. These models are mainly for aesthetic and photographic purposes and cannot be used for machine trials or filling.
Mouldline are introducing an exciting new service for extrusion blow moulding whereby customer can have approx 100 samples just 2 weeks after the approval of the design!
These samples will be manufactured by the extrusion blow moulding process, in our factory, and will be dimensionally accurate, moulded in the correct material. They can be used for machine change parts, machine trials and product compatibility and stability work
